Under Seth’s leadership since 2013, the kitchen has elevated the Restaurant to number 1 in 2018 and four West Australian Good Food Guide Regional Restaurant awards 14/15/17/19 in the past 5 years. Seth was also awarded the 2019 Regional Chef of the Year in the WA Good Food Guide.
The National Good food guide lists Wills Domain at 16/20 with 2 Chef Hats, and Delicious Magazine places Wills Domain amongst Australia’s culinary royalty in the “TOP 15 Most Delicious Restaurants in Australia”.
He’s also lauded by The Australian’s critic John Leathlean who has Wills Domain featuring in The Australian’s Hot50 “Hall of Fame” with the winery restaurant also being elevated to a 1 Star rating in Gourmet Traveller.
