Pronounced Shoy-ray-bay, this German variety is a crossing of Riesling and Bouquet Blanc.The variety is named after its creator Dr. Scheu and Wills Domain is the only winery in Australia which produces this aromatic grape variety. Showing its distinctive pronounced bouquet of wild flowers and hints of passionfruit on the nose. The palate is crisp and clean, with focused acidity driving a voluptuous texture of freshly cut ginger and lemon zest. The finish is precise with a slight mineral hint and pithy acid vibrance.
Goes great with seafood and Asian cuisine .
