Medium straw, with a very subtle green tinge

Limey with lemon curd and some delicate floral esters
PALATE
Fresh, clean, and concentrated, with mid-palate sweetness and a fine acidity that lingers, making the wine very approachable.
WINEMAKING
63% of this wine is sourced from the Yallingup Estate Vineyard, plus 37% from Wylco Vineyard, which is south of Witchcliffe. Picked in the cool of the morning, the fruit was gently destemmed, pressed, and settled overnight before being racked and allowed to ferment naturally. The wine remained on lees with minimal battonage for nine months before being racked, fined, filtered, and bottled.
