Generations of Vignerons

The Eightfold range is named in honour of the hard work, expertise and perseverance of eight generations of winemakers in the Haunold family.

Family legend records its first wine lovers in the 1380s, when Haunolds were appointed royal wine merchants in Europe. It’s safe to say that winemaking is in the Haunolds’ blood and is now proudly continued by Darren Haunold, whose family rekindled their ancestral love of wine in 2000, when they purchased and named their wine estate Wills Domain.

The Eightfold collection is testament to the decades of hard work and perseverance that turned Wills Domain into the powerhouse it is today. Today, Darren’s son Oliver is growing up in Margaret River. What collections will he create one day?

Classic Margaret River Varietals

The Eightfold range focuses its attention on classic Margaret River varietal wines: Semillon, Chardonnay, Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon. Eightfold wines are refined, elegant and exemplify the purity and restraint that epitomises wines made in Margaret River. These wines are matured in the finest French oak barriques and puncheons, blended to be more approachable in their youth while still delivering immense quality and potential to cellar.
