Burnt Ends And Friends

Flames that dance, wine that flows, and company that lingers long after.

Burnt Ends & Friends returns to Wills Domain for one night only, bringing back the open-flame feast that sold out in its debut year with a completely refreshed line-up of global culinary talent.

Michelin-starred chef Dave Pynt makes his annual return to Western Australia with new inspiration, joined by Netflix Chef's Table BBQ legend Rodney Scott bringing South Carolina whole-hog cooking to the pit, Hong Kong izakaya master Matt Abergel with his Yardbird-style charcoal fare, Bali-based wood-fire specialist Benjamin Cross, and Si Paradiso's Larissa Gonçalves with her fire-touched Italian cooking — all collaborating with the award-winning Wills Domain chefs and winemaker Ely Jarvis.

Guests are free to wander between live-fire chef stations, sampling a dish from each while pairing it with a glass of Wills Domain wine or a cold Gage Roads beer, and slurping freshly shucked Leeuwin Coast Rock Albany oysters as they watch the world's best fire chefs at work. New faces, new flavours, same legendary heat.
