Michelin starred Dave Pynt is joined by Netflix Chef’s Table BBQ legend Rodney Scott, Hong Kong’s Matt Abergel, Bali’s Benjamin Cross and Si Paradiso’s Larissa Gonçalves, alongside the award-winning Wills Domain chefs and winemaker Ely Jarvis.

Wander between live-fire cooking stations, sample dishes from each chef and enjoy Wills Domain wines, Gage Roads beer and freshly shucked Leeuwin Coast Rock Albany oysters.

Summer evenings at Wills Domain are something special, and we would love you to join us for our Summer Sundowner in January 2027!

Join our Winemaker, Eloise Jarvis, and Viticulturist, Tim Quinlan, for a relaxed evening of exceptional wines, good company and live music in the beautiful surrounds of our Margaret River estate.

Enjoy a glass of complimentary sparkling wine alongside a charcuterie and cheese cone on arrival, before exploring the Wills Domain range through a selection of wine tastings. 

There will also be exclusive wine offers available for one evening only, giving you even more reason to discover a new favourite.

Wills Domain is the ideal function and events venue for both corporate and private events with so many ways to use the spaces we have available.

Your options include drinks outside on the expansive decked terrace overlooking the vineyards – rated as one of the best views in Margaret River – or an intimate dining experience in the western wing of the Restaurant, or a lunch presentation in the light and bright dining room, among the wine barrels.
